I am writing in reply to your letter that was written and we take this thing very seriously and we have been investigating it to this.

The problem was caused by the new member of staff who had been working here for a month now and did not know that it was a display box I have had a word with Sharon and she has been suspended for 3 weeks and you also have a 30% discount please accept the apology from our company and we hope that next time you service will be more enjoyable
